1. The offer
The Smylefest 2026 Golden Ticket Giveaway includes a 10% ticket discount offer for every valid unique
flyer QR code, whether or not the flyer has a Gold, Silver or Bronze major-prize designation. The offer is
issued by Smyle Events LLC, 1919 Pacific Hwy #601, San Diego, CA 92101,
macy@dontforgettosmyle.com. This offer is distinct from the three complimentary ticket packages
governed by the Official Giveaway Rules.

2. How to get your code
Request one free authentic flyer at a participating physical retail location during the official October
13-21 Giveaway Period, subject to availability, then scan its QR code and follow the online instructions.
An email address may be collected to send the code and provide transactional support. Marketing email
subscription is optional and not required to obtain the code or participate. Limit one flyer and one
single-use discount code per person.

3. Ticket eligibility and value of the offer
The code may be used on any available Smylefest ticket tier, including General Admission, VIP and Ultra
VIP, through the designated Posh checkout. It reduces the eligible ticket face-value subtotal by 10%;
ticketing/platform service charges and applicable taxes are not discounted unless the checkout expressly
states otherwise. All offers are subject to available inventory at the time of purchase.

4. Single use – no per-order ticket quantity cap
Each flyer code can be redeemed for one transaction only. The code may be applied to any number of
eligible tickets purchased in that single Posh order, subject to ticket availability and Posh transaction
limits. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused, reactivated, split across multiple orders, or applied to a later
purchase. The code must not be shared or resold.

5. Exact expiration
The 10% code must be used to complete an eligible Posh ticket purchase no later than Friday, October
23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Unused codes expire at that time, even if the event
itself has not begun. Sponsor is not responsible for orders attempted after expiration or when a desired
ticket tier has sold out.

6. Other redemption restrictions
The code has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used to obtain free tickets. It
cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases and cannot be combined with another
promotional code in the same transaction unless Posh specifically allows it. Purchases and refunds are
subject to applicable law and the event and Posh purchase terms.

7. Relationship to major prizes
A 10% code does not improve the odds of obtaining Gold, Silver or Bronze. Each of those major prizes is
assigned in advance to one of 25,000 unique QR codes. Obtaining or using the discount is not a condition
of entering, verifying, or redeeming a major free-ticket prize.

8. Privacy and contact
Personal information used to deliver the code is processed under the Smylefest Giveaway Privacy Policy.
